Step 1

Learn how to fix your health for good

The course features masterclasses with Music Diet founder and neuroscientist, Dr Julia Jones aka Dr Rock. She'll show you the brain science basics and arm you with lots of proven brain and body hacks that deliver results in minutes, transforming your approach to health forever. Improve your focus, memory, ability to control stress and futureproof your wellbeing.



Step 2

Brain Training

Engaging with music and learning an instrument is proven to be one of the most effective ways to boost and maintain brain function as well as being good for your general mental health. 

We'll use our accelerated learning techniques and a bit of neuroscience magic to teach you how to play some classic Christmas Carols on the ukulele to entertain your family.



Step 3

End of course party!

Completing a course is an achievement. Well done! We'll celebrate with a final masterclass summary from Dr Rock followed by a mass jamalong on the ukuleles and singalong (don't worry we'll all be on mute!).

We'll also test your brain function and memory recall with a fun music quiz during this last session. Feel free to invite your colleagues and family too.

No previous music experience or science knowledge required!

Dr Julia Jones (aka Dr Rock) has been examining the effects of sound and music on the brain for over 25 years. She is a leading wellness expert advising a range of clients including the NHS, elite sports professionals, UK Government bodies and corporate clients. Julia first began prescribing music in the 1990s while working as a psychologist, helping young GB Olympic squads achieve peak performance by controlling anxiety and boosting motivation, focus and confidence.

Julia wrote 'The Music Diet' book to spread awareness regarding the phenomenal effects of music and sound on the brain and body. It highlighted decades of neuroscience research and gave simple tips showing how to use music to boost brain and body wellness. The Music Diet book became a wellness programme in November 2019. Julia's next book - The Brain Rocks - will be published in January 2021 is designed to act as a mini manual of brain tools showing you how to maximise the power of your brain to boost your wellbeing and performance forever.
